• Account details, including registered name and date of birth, cannot be changed after registration except through a verified support request.

1com reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

All transactions on 1com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available deposit methods shown in your account at any given time are subject to change.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your 1com account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes identity verification and confirmation that the payment method belongs to you.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority processing.

1com processes all withdrawals in PKR. If your payment provider applies any conversion or transaction fee on their end, that is outside of 1com's control. 1com does not charge additional fees on standard withdrawals.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager a multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier is stated in each bonus offer.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be stacked. Claiming a new bonus while another is still active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.

1com offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform. Specific rules for individual sports or markets are available within the betting section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number on screen. Do not assume a bet has been placed if you have not received confirmation.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the defined settlement period, or if a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets close briefly at key moments during a match. Decisions made by in-play pricing systems are final once a bet is confirmed.
